We are looking for a motivated and results-driven ERP & IT Solutions Sales Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with strong B2B sales experience who can confidently promote ERP systems and a wide range of IT solutions. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, proven sales ability, and a passion for helping businesses grow through technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and close new business opportunities for Odoo ERP solutions as an official Odoo partner.
  • Promote and sell the company’s full portfolio of IT and digital services, including:
  • Software Development (mobile apps, enterprise systems)
  • IT Infrastructure & Hardware (networking, cabling, smart offices)
  • Cloud Solutions (secure and cost-effective deployments)
  • Cybersecurity (enterprise protection and compliance)
  • Managed IT Services (MSP Model) (outsourced IT support)
  • Backup & Disaster Recovery (BDR) (business continuity strategies)
  • Smart Solutions & IoT (automation and smart environments)
  • DevOps & Automation (faster, more efficient development workflows)
  • Hosting & Web Services (domains, websites, and business emails)
  • Data & Analytics (insight-driven decision-making)
  • Collaboration & Communication Tools (enhancing teamwork)
  • E-commerce & Digital Transformation (end-to-end digitalization)
  • Compliance Consulting (industry and data protection standards)
  • IT Outsourcing & Staffing (on-demand professionals and teams)
  • Industry-Specific IT Solutions (tailored technology packages)
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and live demos.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Work closely with technical teams to design tailored solutions.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Keep accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience (preferably in ERP, IT, or software solutions).
  • Strong background in B2B sales and client relationship management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (mandatory).
  • Fluent in Kurdish, Arabic, and English (written & spoken).
  • Must own a personal vehicle for client visits.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
